Agreement

  1. Membership is billed monthly or annually depending on the selected plan.

  2. Members may cancel at any time with 30 days notice.

  3. Membership includes routine home inspections as outlined in the selected plan.

  4. HomeGuard Pro does not perform licensed repairs unless specifically contracted.

  5. Inspection reports are informational and designed to identify potential maintenance concerns.

  6. Emergency services, repairs, and contractor work are not included unless stated in the membership plan.

  7. Membership benefits are non-transferable.

  8. HomeGuard Pro reserves the right to modify membership plans with advance notice.

What to Expect During Your Free Home Inspection

Free Home Inspection Process

Our complimentary home inspection is designed to help homeowners stay ahead of costly repairs and maintenance issues.

Step 1: Schedule Your Visit

Choose a convenient date and time for one of our HomeGuard Pro specialists to visit your property.

Step 2: Exterior Inspection

  1. We inspect visible exterior components, including:

  2. Roof (from ground level when possible)

  3. Gutters and downspouts

  4. Siding

  5. Driveways and walkways

  6. Doors and windows

  7. Drainage concerns

Step 3: Interior Inspection

We review accessible areas such as:

  1. HVAC system condition

  2. Plumbing fixtures

  3. Water heater

  4. Electrical panel visual inspection

  5. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors

  6. Signs of water damage

Step 4: Home Health Report

You’ll receive a summary report highlighting:

  1. Immediate concerns

  2. Preventive maintenance recommendations

  3. Areas to monitor

  4. Suggested maintenance schedule
